Upcoming Events

Now that zoning has passed, the City Council's Land Use Committee will begin hearings on specific aspects of Mark Development’s proposal, including traffic, site design, fiscal and school impact, and sustainability. Here are details (as we know them) of the first two hearings:

Tuesday, Jan. 14

Land Use Committee, 7 p.m., City Council Chambers, Newton City Hall

Mark Development will present an overview of the updated project. There will not be public comment, but come learn what's new and show the City Council you care.

Tuesday, Jan. 28

Land Use Committee, 7 p.m., City Council Chambers, Newton City Hall


This hearing will focus on Site Design and Open Space. Public comment WILL be allowedWe will share more details as they become available.
